These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website cyprusdba.org (the “Website”) operated by Cyprus Dragon Boat Federation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

7) E-shop purchases (if applicable)
If the Website includes an online shop (“E-shop”), all purchases are subject to our Shipping & Returns (E-shop) policy (and where relevant, any product-specific instructions).
We reserve the right to:

limit quantities or refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory errors)

update product availability, descriptions, and pricing at any time (without affecting already confirmed orders)
8) Prices, payments, and taxes
Prices displayed are in [EUR] unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods:

Card payments via Stripe (where enabled at checkout)

Offline bank/wire transfer (where offered)
If paying by wire transfer, your booking/order may be confirmed only after payment is received and matched to your reference. You are responsible for any bank fees charged by your bank.
Where applicable, invoices/receipts may be issued according to Cyprus accounting practices.
9) Delivery and pickup (Cyprus only)
At this stage, we offer:

Cyprus local delivery via BoxNow (where available)

Local pickup (where available and arranged)
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

10) Safety and participation
Where the Website relates to water activities or physically demanding activities, participation may involve inherent risks.
Users must read and follow our Safety Notice (water activities) and any instructions provided by staff/coaches. We reserve the right to refuse participation if:

a participant’s behaviour presents a safety risk to themselves or others

a participant fails to comply with safety instructions

conditions require cancellation or postponement (e.g., weather, water conditions, equipment, operational constraints)
