The Cyprus Dragon Boat Federation is committed to clean sport and the protection of athlete health and integrity. In line with the principles and guidelines of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), anti-doping aims to ensure fair competition, respect for rules, and equal conditions for all athletes. This includes education, prevention, testing, and strict prohibition of doping substances and methods, promoting sport that is ethical, safe, and free from performance-enhancing drugs.
Clean Sports Team
The CYDBF Clean Sport Advisors team offers guidance on clean sports in line with WADA guidelines and regulations. All Clean Sports Advisors have been qualified and certified by the EDBF.
Educational Support
Our team provides educational support to paddlers on clean sports matters. Stay informed and compliant with the latest regulations. Participate in our regular online presentations throughout the year.
Championship Registration
We provide support to paddlers in navigating the complexities of championship registration and assist with meeting EDBF and IDBF requirements for antidoping matters (ADEL certification, TUE process).
