Shipping & Returns (E-shop)

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the online shop (“E-shop”) on [your domain]operated by Cyprus Dragon Boat Federation (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We currently offer Cyprus-only delivery via BoxNow and local pickup. International shipping is not available at this time.
1) Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During busy periods (events, regattas, holidays), processing may take longer. If there is a material delay, we will notify you.
Payment confirmation

Stripe card payments: confirmation is usually immediate.

Wire transfers: orders may be processed after funds are received and matched to your order reference.
2) Delivery options
A) BoxNow delivery (Cyprus)
If BoxNow is available for your order, you can select it at checkout.

Delivery coverage: Cyprus only (subject to BoxNow network availability)

Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days from dispatch (may vary by area/season)

Tracking / notifications: BoxNow typically provides locker pickup notifications and instructions via [SMS/email/app] based on the details you provide at checkout

Locker pickup window: you must collect the parcel within BoxNow’s allowed timeframe. If not collected, it may be returned.
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or incorrect details:

you may be responsible for re-delivery costs, or
-
you may request a refund subject to our Returns & Refund Policy (shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error).

B) Local pickup (Limassol)
You may choose pickup where available.

You will receive a message/email when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation (email) or ID for collection where requested.
3) Shipping fees
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.

BoxNow fees: may vary by parcel size or service level (as set in the checkout)

Pickup: typically free unless clearly stated otherwise
4) Delivery information and customer responsibility
You are responsible for entering correct details at checkout, including:

name and mobile number (important for BoxNow notifications)

chosen locker location (where applicable)
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at cyprusdba@gmail.com. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
5) Returns (summary)
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy. In summary:

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item (or collecting it for pickup orders).

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging where applicable.

Return shipping costs are typically paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

6) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged/defective or you receive the wrong item:

contact us within 48 hours of receipt

include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
Where confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
